便民服务│持外国人永居证可在我院就诊！Medical Services Are Available for Foreigners

根据国家移民管理局的统一标准，为满足日益增长的外籍患者就医需求，进一步扩大服务范围，琼海市中医院完成适配新版外国人永居证的医疗行业信息系统、设施设备的匹配性升级改造。自2024年3月8日起，我院已完成人工窗口、微信公众号的升级调试。自此，凡持有外国人永久居留身份证的外籍人士，可以像普通市民一样在琼海市中医院就医就诊。

According to the unified standards of the National Immigration Administration, in order to meet the growing medical needs of foreign patients and further expand medical services, the Information Department of Qionghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital has upgraded and improved the medical industry information system and facilities and equipment that are compatible with the new version of the Foreigner's Permanent Residence Permit. Since March 8, 2024, our hospital has completed the upgrading and debugging of manual windows and WeChat official account. From now on, foreigners holding the Foreign Permanent Residence ID Cards can see doctors and get medical treatments at Qionghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, just like ordinary citizens in China.

Visiting Process for Foreign Patients

外籍患者来我院就诊时，首先到指定服务窗口（跃华院区1号挂号收费窗口、东风院区2号挂号收费窗口）注册建档，建档后只需出示永居证，即可在门诊轻松办理挂号、就诊、缴费等服务。同时也可在微信搜索琼海市中医院互联网医院公众号办理预约挂号、自助缴费、查看检验报告等便捷医疗服务。

When foreign patients come to our hospital for medical treatments, they first register and file at the designated service windows (No. 1 registration fee window in Yuehua Campus and No. 2 registration fee window in Dongfeng Campus). After that, they only need to show their Permanent Residence ID Cards so that they can easily register, see the doctors, pay for treatments and get other services in the outpatient department. At the same time, they can also search the official account of Qionghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on WeChat for convenient medical services such as appointment registration, self-service payment and inspection report viewing.
